Return Your Order

Return Window

Returns must be initiated 30 days from date of order being delivered.

 

Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unwashed, and free of stains or damage.
  • Maximum of two (2) items for refund per order.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

*Refunds may not be successful if the return conditions are not met.

 

Fee

Return for refunds

A return and processing fee of €11.99 applies to all returned orders within Europe. For all returned orders to other regions, a fee of €19.99 will apply.

Refund Process

  • Please submit your return request on the returns page or email us at info@onlybeddinghome.com
  • Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping address and instructions on how to send back your item.
  • For non-defective items, a return & processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the refund approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Note: Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 7 business days to process and post the refund.
  • If original form of payment is no longer active or we are unable to process the refund on original payment method, you will receive store credit for the same amount.

*If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

*Your bank or credit card company may charge 1-3% processing fee.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges and store credit are always completely free.

  • First, initiate the return process according to the steps above.
  • Once your return and refund request has been approved, please place an order for the items you need immediately.

This process will ensure that you receive your replacement items as soon as possible.

 

Cancel Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, email us at info@onlybeddinghome.com. We will respond promptly within 24 hours.

*Please indicate the order number and product you wish to cancel, and we will respond within 24 hours to let you know if the cancellation is possible.

*After your order is shipped, we cannot process a cancellation. Please email us at  info@onlybeddinghome.com if you wish to cancel/return an item that's already been shipped. Please return your items for the return process.

*If our site detects any fraudulent or illegitimate order activities, OnlyBedding reserves the right to directly cancel the order to ensure that the shopping experience of other customers on our site is not affected.

 

Exceptions

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Final Sale Items: Certain items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Gift Cards: Only unused or unredeemed gift cards are eligible for return.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. For questions about specific items, please contact us.

*Terms and conditions (free gifts): The colour of the free gift is subject to availability. If you return an item and the order total falls below the minimum threshold for the free gift, the gift must be returned in its original condition. Otherwise, the standard retail price of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

Warranty Information

All our pillows, sheets, and duvet covers come with a 1-year limited warranty when purchased directly from onlybedding.com. For detailed information regarding coverage and how to make a claim, please refer to the Warranty section on our FAQs page.
