Are all OnlyBedding products hypoallergenic?

Our slow-rebound memory foam pillows and multi-layered pillowcase series are all designed to be hypoallergenic, as the filling inside has been thoroughly cleaned.

In addition to the multi-layer series, our sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers are also hypoallergenic. In fact, we strongly recommend them for allergy sufferers and those with sensitive skin, as they effectively wick away sweat and keep the skin cool. Free from any chemical additives or allergens, they offer a safer choice, as our raw materials rarely cause allergic reactions.

Are your products sustainable and environmentally friendly?

At OnlyBedding, we are committed to ethical practices and sustainability. Our products are made using eco-friendly materials and processes to minimize our impact on the environment. Our products meet OEKO-TEX® standards, and our packaging is FSC-certified. Your purchase supports craftsmanship and demonstrates a commitment to sustainability.

Many of our products are designed to be hypoallergenic. We use high-quality, non-irritating materials that are gentle on sensitive skin, helping to reduce the risk of allergic reactions. For more details, please refer to the product descriptions on our website.

What is your price guarantee guarantee?

When shopping at onlybeddinghome.com, we want to ensure you get the best price possible. In fact, we promise to offer you the best price within 30 days! If you find that the price of the item you purchased has been reduced within 30 days of your purchase, you can submit a price match request within 30 days of the original purchase date.

How can I combine discounts, coupons, or promotions offered by OnlyBedding?

Our product discounts and coupons can be used at the same time. Enter our product discount codes on the checkout page to receive an additional discount on the final price.

When your purchase amount reaches the promotion requirements, you will receive the corresponding discount. Please refer to the specific promotion for details.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Where do you ship to?

We currently only provide shipping services to certain countries in Europe, Central Asia, and the Pacific Rim. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Otherwise, a shipping fee will be charged. For details, please refer to our Shipping policy.

What is your return & exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days. For details, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy.

What is your warranty policy?
Onlybedding Warranty Policy

All our pillows, sheets, and duvet covers purchased directly from onlybeddinghome.com come with a 1-year limited warranty. This means for one full year from your date of purchase, we warrant your product against defects in materials and workmanship. Should you encounter such an issue, we are pleased to offer a repair or a replacement of the original product, ensuring it is of the exact item, size, and color you initially purchased. This service is provided at no cost to you, and we will even coordinate the collection of the defective item and the delivery of the new one.

This warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser located within Europe, for as long as they own the product. Original proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required to initiate any warranty claim.

Warranty Coverage Details

This warranty covers physical flaws in the product's materials or craftsmanship that appear during normal use and proper handling. For our Multilayer™+ Pillows, this includes the cracking or splitting of the foam core. For our Omnicool™+ Bedding, this includes faulty stitching or unravelling seams.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, which includes a natural and gradual decrease in the softness or recovery of the foam over time. It also does not cover personal comfort, aesthetic, or size preferences.

Furthermore, this warranty is void if the product has been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or neglect. This includes, but is not limited to, any stains, burns, cuts, tears, punctures, liquid or moisture damage (including bodily fluids), pet damage, or damage from sun exposure. Damage caused by improper care or washing, such as failure to follow the specific washing instructions for each product or damage from a dryer, is also not covered. Any modifications or alterations made to the product by the customer, or any products sold by unauthorized retailers, are not covered by this warranty. All purchases made through third parties must be addressed directly to the point of purchase.

Special Cases: Limited Edition Items

For limited edition items, a replacement will be provided as long as stock is available. If the limited edition item is no longer in stock, we will offer you an alternative item of equal value or store credit, based on your preference.

Warranty Regarding Promotional Gifts

Promotional gifts received with a qualifying purchase are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the date of your original order. This does not cover normal wear and tear. A defective gift may be replaced with the same item or an item of similar value at our discretion. Promotional gifts hold no cash value.

How to Make a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please email our customer support team at info@onlybeddinghome.com. Include your original order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos that show the manufacturing defect. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the process. If your claim is approved, we will coordinate the collection of the original item and the shipment of your replacement, completely free of charge.

Additional Limitations

This warranty provides the original purchaser with specific legal rights. It is the exclusive remedy for any product defects. Onlybedding shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty.

Order

Where is my package?

You can check your order status by visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your order or tracking number. You can find the “Track Order” entry in the sidebar of this page or in the footer of any page.

Can I change my order information?

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify its contents. But don't worry! If you wish to return an item after receiving it, simply contact our customer service team. We offer a return service. For details, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.

Please note: We can only ship items to the address you provide at checkout. If the address is incorrect and the package has already been delivered to that address, we regret that we will not be able to retrieve the package for you. We kindly ask that you carefully check your address information before placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, email us at info@onlybeddinghome.com. We will respond promptly within 24 hours.

Pre-orders

What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?

You will need to provide your email address, shipping address, and credit card information. All communications will be sent to your email address, including information on how to cancel your order and any updates regarding your pre-order.

What happens if I cancel my pre-order?

You can cancel at any time by clicking on the cancellation link in the pre-order confirmation email.

You will receive a refund confirmation email, and the refund will be returned to your account within 3-5 business days.

When will I receive my pre-ordered product?

Once you have confirmed your pre-ordered order, we will send you an email informing you of the estimated shipping and delivery times.

You can patiently wait for the product to arrive, as we will prioritise pre-order customers' orders. If the waiting time exceeds your expectations, you can cancel the order at any time, and we will arrange a refund for you.

How do I choose the right size?

You can refer to the product dimensions in the size guide to select your product.

For duvet covers, you can choose the size based on the dimensions of your duvet insert.

For bed sheets, we offer three sizes for you to choose from. You can select the appropriate size based on the dimensions of your mattress.

For fitted sheets, our size guide displays the range of mattress dimensions that each size is suitable for. Additionally, you can directly refer to the size guide to see which product to choose based on the different size standards (UK, EU, US) displayed.

How do I care for items

For washing our Sheets, Sheet Set and Pillowcases, we highly suggest:

Washing

  • Wash separately on gentle with a neutral pH detergent
  • Cold water and low spin
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not use fabric softener (the fabric is so soft- you won't need it!)
  • Use front-loading washing machine if possible

 Drying

  • Tumble dry on low/no heat or line dry
  • Do not use iron
  • Do not dry clean
